Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although very small with an 80's vibe, had a kitchenette. It was evident that renovation works were ongoing to improve the rooms. The service, characterized by the friendly and helpful staff, truly made my experience better. The location, close to various attractions and with friendly staff, was a definite plus point. However, the dining experience was below par. The facilities had room for improvement but overall were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near Roucha and downtown streets, offering a great escape from the busy Hamra street traffic. The rooms, though slightly dated, are spacious like a studio flat and provide a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with a warm welcome from the staff, particularly Wael who goes the extra mile to assist. The dining options are diverse and satisfying, while the location, just a short walk from Rachoue rock and Hamra street, is an ideal base for exploring Lebanon's attractions. The hotel could benefit from some extra maintenance for an even more pleasant experience.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with some even upgraded to a luxurious suite as a promotion. The service was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff like Joyce, who went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The location is ideal, close to key attractions like Rouche and Hamra, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The dining experience, although basic, had a fantastic selection of European dishes. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel was in a central location, close to the famous Bay Rock and the vibrant Hamra Street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. The service was top-notch with staff who were very welcoming and accommodating, but they did ask for identification from visiting guests. The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The dining options were decent but could have been more varied. Overall, a convenient hotel with friendly service and great proximity to key attractions.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at a good price, with helpful service and a great location near downtown Beirut. The dining experience could be improved by adding more variety. Overall, a good value for money option.
